Why did you decide to come to the University of Nebraska–Lincoln?

I decided to come to UNL because I liked the setting on East Campus and I wanted to complete a four-year turfgrass management degree.

What is your favorite thing about the University of Nebraska—Lincoln?

My favorite thing about UNL is how interested the faculty and staff are in you and how they challenge you to think above and beyond the status quo.

What is your favorite class you have taken so far and why?

My favorite class has been Wildlife Damage Management-NRES 348, which I am taking currently. I have a special interest in wildlife and enjoy learning about their interaction with humans and how to manage any negative impacts they may  have.

What are your plans post-graduation?

I plan on pursuing a master's of agronomy degree here at UNL after I graduate.

What’s life like outside of school?

Life outside of school consists mainly of working for the Buffalo Grass breeding program and turfgrass research here on campus. I also enjoy playing golf in my free time.
