What is your position at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln?

I am the CASNR Student Success Coach.

What drew you to the University of Nebraska-Lincoln?

My parents were CASNR students, along with many of my aunts, uncles, friends, and cousins. I also grew up in the Midwest and really missed being here. There is no place like Nebraska!

What aspect of working in an educational setting do you enjoy the most?

I absolutely love working with some of the best people in the CASNR Dean’s Office, but equally, I love supporting our CASNR students and building those relationships.

What do you consider your greatest achievement?

My greatest achievement in life so far would probably have to be playing in two women’s NCAA basketball tournaments. Playing in the tournament was always a dream of mine and getting to do it with my best friends provided me with some of my most cherished memories.

What is something that most people don't know about you?

I did 5 summers of bee keeping throughout high school and a little bit of college! My big brother has his own bee keeping business that is known as Flying V Apiaries.

What is your life like outside of work?

My life outside of work consists of spending time with family and friends, attending UNL athletic events, coaching basketball at Lincoln Christian, playing club volleyball, going on runs, and being a cat mom.
