Corner Express now open, offers coffee to IANR faculty/staff

ECU Renovation
The renovation of the University of Nebraska–Lincoln’s East Union will create student-focused spaces, improved dining options, a Starbucks, expansion of the Great Plains Room, and modern study spaces when complete by 2020. (Mike Kamm | IANR Media)

While the Nebraska East Union is completing renovation, IANR faculty and staff are invited to bring their travel mugs to the Corner Express, a Dining Services pop-up café on the first floor in the Nebraska East Union, for a free cup of coffee. Also available for purchase are pre-made sandwiches, canned soda, salads, chips, and coming soon, the newest entrée on City and East Campuses – sushi!

Corner Express will accept credit cards, NCards, and cash, and will be open from 7:30 a.m. – 2:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.

While the dining center renovation is being completed, University Dining will serve temporary meals for students with a meal plan from the Massengale Multipurpose Room. To learn more about East Campus Dining temporary meals, click here.
