Lincoln, Neb. —The Libraries announced in May that Dunkin Donuts had been selected as the café vendor for the Dinsdale Family Learning Common on East Campus, and starting on Monday, October 4, at 7:30 a.m. it will officially open.
Vernon Joseph, the store manager, says that baking will occur onsite, but will feature a different selection of baked goods than what is featured at the Dunkin Donuts located in the Adele Hall Learning Commons on City Campus.
He is also excited to mention that the Dinsdale location is the only Dunkin’ Next Generation concept in Lincoln and serves Nitro-infused Cold Brew and other cold beverages through a tap-system.
The planned hours:
Sunday: 12 p.m. – 12 a.m.
Monday-Thursday: 7:30 a.m. – 12 a.m.
Friday: 7:30 a.m. – 8 p.m.
Saturday: 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
Even after they open on Oct 4, Joseph says it will be 10-14 days before they can accommodate mobile ordering and take NCards for payment. The store is also hiring. Students interested in applying should contact Vernon Joseph at vernon@qsrnebraska.com, directly.
