Lincoln, Neb. —Have you ever wanted to join the Master Gardener program, only to realize that the training program was over when you decided to inquire? Join Extension Master Gardeners and Nebraska Extension educators Tuesday, Sept. 21, at 5:30 p.m. MDT, at the Bluestem Room at Panhandle Research and Extension Center, 4502 Avenue I in Scottsbluff to learn more about the program.

This hour-long program will be a great way for people to learn about the Master Gardener program and hear from experienced Master Gardeners on why they love to learn and participate in the program. Master Gardener training will start across Nebraska in mid-January 2022, and this meeting will explain the sign up process, fees and class structure.

Participants can attend this program in person or watch via Facebook Live on the “Nebraska Gardener” Facebook page at https://www.facebook.com/NEBRgardener if participants cannot attend in person or prefer to learn online.

For more information about the Extension Master Gardener Recruitment, contact Gary Stone, Extension Educator, at the Nebraska Extension Office in Scottsbluff, by calling (308) 632-1230.
