Lincoln, Neb. —Start 2023 off strong, and more focused on your well-being. Join IANR community members beginning Feb. 9 to learn and implement new habits that build happiness.
This workshop will follow the Yale coursework Yale professor Laurie Santos. The workshop will follow the self-guided coursework and participants will meet every other week to discuss the concepts and hold each other accountable to implement the new practices.
Throughout the seven sessions, participants will have the opportunity to enhance their well-being by implementing a few simple research-based methods.
Cindy Copich, IANR HR Specialist for Learning and Development, will serve as the workshop facilitator.
Participants will meet seven times every other week beginning Feb. 9 and ending May. 4. All sessions will take place via Zoom from 3 p.m. – 4 p.m. Central Standard Time. Sessions will take place on: Feb. 9, Feb. 23, March 9, March 23, April 6, April 20, May 4.
