IANR to once again offer training on travel system

IANR

October 29, 2019

Lincoln, Neb. — Starting mid-November, the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources will begin hosting regular training sessions for faculty and staff travelers on the Concur travel system. The sessions are for those that did not make it to one of the original training sessions when Concur was rolled out, new employees to the University, or those that need a refresher. In each of the sessions, IANR’s travel leads will demonstrate how to navigate the Concur travel system, including how to prepare and submit a travel request, expense report and non-expense report. They will also answer questions and explain helpful resources available to Concur users.

The sessions will be hosted at least quarterly, with the below sessions scheduled through the end of the fiscal year. If the demand is high enough, additional sessions will be scheduled. If additional dates are added, they will be posted on the University Travel website.

Each of the sessions will be offered in-person, as well as via zoom. In order to ensure adequate space, those wishing to attend should register using the Eventbrite links below.
