Nebraska Extension to host monthly dairy webinars

The Nebraska Dairy Extension will debut a monthly webinar series on April 14 at 11 a.m. CST.

Lincoln, Neb. —The Nebraska Dairy Extension will debut a monthly webinar series on April 14 at 11 a.m. CST.

The webinars, which will be held the second Tuesday of each month at 11 a.m., will assist dairy producers in herd management, business management and innovative production strategies. The webinars will last up to one hour and will include time for questions at the end. 

 The first webinar will focus on improving feed efficiencies for dairly producers and will be presented by Dr. Mike Brouk, professor and extension specialist at Kansas State University. The webinar will discuss where feed efficiencies can be improved on the farm and how to reduce income losses with these improved efficiencies. 

 While registration is free, online pre-registration is required at go.unl.edu/dairywebinar. A link to the webinar will be emailed to registrants.
