Obermeyer Re-Appointed to Board of Directors for National Agricultural Organization

Lincoln, Neb. — Julie Obermeyer, CASNR Career Development & Corporate Relations Director at University of Nebraska - Lincoln, was re-appointed to a one-year term on the Board of Directors for the National Agricultural Alumni and Development Association (NAADA). Obermeyer will again serve as the 2023 Conference Co-Chair and be responsible for developing the theme, identifying offsite event locations including the opening reception, Spirit Night, and educational tours, assisting in the identification of keynote speakers, working with the Education Committee to coordinate the educational programming, and soliciting and stewarding sponsorships.

“I am excited to welcome Julie back to our Board of Directors. I look forward to partnering with our Board members as they include a diverse representation of individuals from all over the country,” said Jordan Moseley, NAADA President. “This diversity is vital to our organization enhancing mission-critical solutions to better serve NAADA and our Universities as NAADA provides education, support and recognition for professionals and volunteers dedicated to expanding resources for advancing agriculture and related disciplines through land-grant and other colleges of agricultural sciences and partner programs.
