Lincoln, Neb. — Effective Feb. 1, 2020, the University will be switching to a new travel agency. The University’s contract with Travel & Transport will expire on January 31, 2020, with the new travel agency – Fox World Travel taking over on Feb. 1. The switch was first announced in the Fall of 2019.
As we prepare for the transition, there will be a few days where access to the online booking tool will not be available. Jan. 30 & 31, the Concur online booking tool will not be available. You will still have access to Concur to submit Trip Requests and Expense Reports, but will be unable to book online.
During these 2 days, you can still call Travel & Transport directly if you need assistance with any current booking. For all new bookings, please wait until Feb. 1st when the online booking tool will be back up and running with Fox World Travel.
After we transition to Fox World Travel, if you have questions about or need to change individual travel booked through Travel & Transport, you will be able to contact Fox for those needs. Travel & Transport will continue to support any group travel arrangements made prior to Feb. 1, 2020.
