What does graduating from Nebraska mean to you?
It means a lot to me to graduate from the University of Nebraska. Several of my family members also graduated from UNL, so it was important to me that I continue the legacy of being a Husker. I also take a lot of pride in the University of Nebraska and I like being able to say that I graduated from this university. The best thing about being a Husker is the Husker community that is made up of the best fans and people in the United States!

What were you involved in while on campus?

  • A member of Gamma Phi Beta Sorority
  • A student researcher for an Undergraduate Creative Activities and Research Experience (UCARE)
  • A student ambassador for the College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources (CASNR)
  • A production intern for the Platte Basin Timelapse Project

What is your life like today?
I am working for the Department of Fish and Wildlife in the wildlife branch as a scientific aid in their deer program in Sacramento, California.
