Lincoln, Neb. —Many employees from across the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources are temporarily working from home as they practice recommended social distancing measures to slow the spread of COVID-19. Temporarily working from home can take a toll on mental, emotional, relational, physical, and nutritional health.

IANR faculty and staff have developed a website with resources to help employees understand and address these issues.

Resources include information on the Employee Assistance Program, as well as podcast interviews with faculty members who have expertise on the potential impact of temporarily working from home on couple and family relationships, mental and emotional health, parenting, diet and nutrition, physical activity, and more. The site also contains links to Extension COVID-19 resources site, and the Stronger Together podcast series produced by faculty members in CEHS and Extension.

Additional interviews and related information will be added over time.
