Schluckebier receives Regents Kudos award

Lincoln, Neb. — Jerry Schluckebier, assistant business manager in the Natural Resources Business Center at IANR, received the University of Nebraska Board of Regents Kudos award May 25 for consistently demonstrating high-quality performance. 

In her role, Schluckebier provides fiscal coordination for the Nebraska Forest Service and Nebraska Statewide Arboretum. She is a financial team leader and handles budget development for service centers. In addition, Schluckebier reviews and processes travel and other expense vouchers for faculty and units. 

Nominators noted that Schluckebier has a very high work ethic and portrays professionalism. She strives to do business in the most appropriate way and inspires an attitude of accountability, responsibility and reliability in everything she does. 

“Jerry has the ability to motivate her team, peers and customers while providing them with the tools to assist in making them successful,” one nominator wrote. “She takes ownership for her work and the work of her team.”
