An Arbor Day planting is 11 a.m. April 23 on East Campus. Landscape services will plant a Sun Valley Maple tree north of the Agricultural Communications Building.
Eileen Bergt, a landscape architect with Landscape Services, will give a welcome speech and introduce other speakers, including Richard Bischoff with the Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources, John Erixson with the Nebraska Forest Service and Jeff Culbertson with Landscape Services. The event is free and open to the public.
