The Institute of Agriculture and Natural Resources at the University of Nebraska–Lincoln is seeking nominations for the Board of Regents Kudos Award.
The award recognizes a staff member or team of staff members within IANR for outstanding service to the University of Nebraska. Nominees should demonstrate high-quality job performance, a commitment to excellence, teamwork, and sound judgment in their daily duties.
Recipients of the Kudos Award are recognized at a Board of Regents meeting and receive a monetary award.
The deadline to nominate a deserving staff member is April 1.
A full nomination packet must be submitted electronically by a unit administrator to the IANR vice chancellor’s office in care of Maren Schuttler at mschuttler2@unl.edu.
The nomination packet must include:
- A letter of recommendation from the nominator, detailing the nominee’s qualifications and contributions, including specific examples and quotes from colleagues when available.
- A current position description. To request a copy, contact IANRHR@unl.edu.
Nominations may be submitted by anyone; however, they must be approved and submitted by the unit administrator.
Unit administrators should electronically forward all materials as a single PDF document to the vice chancellor’s office in care of Maren Schuttler at mschuttler2@unl.edu.
