Why did you decide to come to UNL?
I decided to come to UNL because I had changed majors from criminal justice to turfgrass and landscape management, so I needed to attend a four-year school that offered this program.

What is your favorite thing about UNL?
My favorite thing about UNL is the professors. My professors make it easy to come to class every day with a desire to learn. They are definitely willing to invest in you if you have the passion and drive to learn.

What is your favorite class you have taken so far and why?
My favorite classes have been plant identification classes with Professor Kim Todd. Kim is always fun, energetic and gives turf students a tough time in a good way.

What are you plans post-graduation?
I plan to pursue a career at a golf course or any turf-related field.

What's life like outside of school?
Outside of school, I study throughout the week, plan activities for the Turf Club, and work for William Kreuser and Target on the weekends. When I am not busy with school and work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and our Chihuahua.
